Kit containing cleansing milk, mist, and ointment that effectively reduces inflammation and heals redness, irritation, and dryness.

I would recommend that you buy an organic toothpaste that does not contain flour, as some people have great results by replacing their toothpaste with a flour-free one. If you use chewing gum with flour, you should also replace it. You can still use toothpaste with flour once a day because of its antibacterial effect, but avoid Colgate completely. Use Zendium instead, as it does not contain the foaming ingredient SLS.

Use morning and evening in the following order:

1: Cleansing milk 200 ml.

2: Mineral mist 200 ml.

3: Turmeric ointment 50 ml.

If you have perioral dermatitis, I recommend that you DO NOT use cleansing gel, toner/micellar water/skintonic, cleansing foam, cleansing powder, clay masks, products with vitamin A or exfoliation as long as your PD is in flare-ups, as this can worsen your skin condition.

Parabens – Preservatives often linked to hormone disruption and potential health risks.

My name is Malin Cota

My own journey towards healthy skin began when I struggled with acne myself, which inspired me to become a skin therapist.

For the past 17 years I have worked in a skincare clinic and helped countless people with their skin challenges. 8 years ago I developed my first cream and cleanser, which quickly became a favorite among my clients.

Since then, many more products have been added.
